Founded in 2003, Create the Look Agency is located in the Wynnefield area of Philadelphia. We serve the beauty and hospitality sectors by providing staffing and promotional services. In addition, we offer job training, mock interviews, resume writing workshops, job fairs, professional attire through our community partners, outreach programs, and more.

CTL has developed a Beauty Directory to connect business owners with consumers in a single publication that features salons, businesses, top stylists, products, fashion beauty articles, and salon listings.

Our Staffing services actively recruit from beauty schools, salons, barbershops, shampoo assistants, nail salons, massage therapists, makeup artists, and estheticians. We also recruit waitstaff and bartenders for employment opportunities in hotels, restaurants, and event catering. Our promotional philosophy is 'We make your business everybody's business.'

Through partnerships with various organizations, we provide assistance to families with food, transportation vouchers, clothing referrals for job interviews, and holiday outreach events.
