CTL Agency, LLC. reserves the right, without liability, to reject, remove, and/or cancel any Ads that contain content or links that do not meet CTL Agency, LLC. advertising specifications, at CTL's sole discretion. 

CTL's sole liability under this section will only refund a 10% portion of the amounts paid for the unfulfilled advertising term, if any. CTL Agency may redesign its Media Properties at its sole discretion at any time. 

All predesigned artwork from the client needs to be in by the due date to be 

inserted in the upcoming issue. There will be no refunds for artwork that is not submitted in a timely fashion. 

Any client that needs their ads designed agrees to pay the designer's fees plus the space for their listing space. 

CTL Agency, LLC. is not responsible for any content or ads that have been misspelled content, or any Ad materials that are incorrectly sent to the design team.

All advertisers will receive one approval to check for spelling, pics, and content to approve and send back to the team to upload.  CTL Agency, LLC has the right to reject or remove any content that does not meet the standard of our magazine directory. By signing this form, you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this Ad contract agreement with CTL Agency, LLC.
